Privacy Policy

Moblworld LLC publishes this corporate site (moblworld.com) and the consumer publication Moblphone.com. This policy covers both. The short version: neither site collects any personal data.

1. What we do not collect

There are no accounts, no registration, no payment, no contact forms, no newsletter, no email capture and no analytics on either site. Neither site sets cookies of any kind, which is why you see no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. We run no advertising and share nothing with data brokers. If you email us, we use your address only to reply.

2. What our hosting provider records

Both sites are served by Cloudflare from its edge network. Like every web host, Cloudflare automatically records standard request data, including your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user-agent string, for security, abuse prevention and keeping the sites online. An IP address can count as personal data under laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA, so we are specific about this: that data is recorded by our host as part of delivering the page, not by us. We do not read it, analyze it or profile visitors with it.

3. Links to other websites

Moblphone.com links to the manufacturers and retailers of the products it covers. The moment you follow a link away from our sites, this policy stops applying and the destination site's own policy takes over. If a link on Moblphone.com becomes a commercial referral link, the address it points to may carry a tracking parameter that identifies Moblphone.com as the referrer, and the merchant or its affiliate network may set a cookie on its own site to attribute a purchase to us. That happens on the destination site, under its policy; our sites still set no cookies and receive no personal data from it. 4. Children

Our sites are not directed at children and collect no personal information from anyone of any age, including children under 13 (COPPA) and under 16 (GDPR).

5. Your rights

Data-protection laws give you the right to see, correct and delete personal data held about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to see, correct or delete. If you believe we hold something about you, write to the address below and we will look into it.

6. Changes

This policy describes what the sites do today. If that changes, for example if analytics is added or a commercial partner requires tracking links, this page will be updated in the same session as the change and the date at the top will move.
